Q. I’m a home-schooled Student. Can I still register myself for D2C?
Yes! Home-schooled students are eligible to register themselves. Please make sure you register yourself for your current grade level. Instead of writing your school name in the online form, write “Home-schooled.”

Please carefully read the registration procedure for D2C Undergraduate and D2C Graduate.
When was the application deadline?
The deadline to complete your registration and submit your completed D2C Application Form is April 30, 2030, 11:59 PM IST. Please note, April 30 is the deadline to submit your completed D2C Application. It is recommended that you register as early as possible so that you give yourself enough time to complete your D2C Application Form.
Q. I cannot afford the registration deposit. Can I still be a part?
D2C has a financial aid policy that says, "If you can pay, you pay. Else, we pay for you." This is to ensure that D2C is accessible to students from all income groups and zip codes. These cases may include but are not limited to students who lost a parent or an earning member of their family, families that live on welfare or charity, possess a Below Poverty Line (BPL) Card, or those who attend lower income schools or come from extremely marginalized communities.
All students who cannot pay, receive financial support to register for D2C. To avail D2C Financial Aid, kindly upload a supporting document before registering online that can act as proof of income (Income tax return, Salary Slip, Income Certificate, BPL Card, Letter from School Principal, etc.).
Your financial aid request will be reviewed within 48 hours of receipt of the supporting document and you will be notified of your revised registration deposit (only in case of partial financial aid) via email.
Q. How will I get to know that I have registered myself successfully?
Within 24 hours of completing online registration, you will received your D2C Application Form via email.
Q. What if I register myself but fail to complete my application for some reason? Will my registration deposit be refunded?
No. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Q. I missed the registration deadline. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any registrations after the registration deadline has passed. We recommend you to register next year.
Q. What information do I need to fill in the D2C Application Form?
The D2C Application Form holistically examines a candidate's college readiness. A complete application consists of statement of purpose, school and college record, co-curricular and extra curricular activities, awards and honors, recommendations and relevant work experience (if applicable).
Q. I am not applying to colleges this year. Can I still be a fellow?
Of course! D2C is open to all currently-applying and non-applying students and professionals. You will undergo the same curriculum and modules as all applying fellows. However, you will receive application support, personal mentoring and recommendation support when you apply to colleges in the coming years.
Q. Is the registration deposit separate from fellowship enrollment deposit?
Yes! The Registration Deposit gives you access to your D2C Application Form. This covers reading and reviewing your application and releasing a detailed Student Performance Report (SPR) that evaluates your performance and outlines areas of strengths and weaknesses. All candidates receive an SPR irrespective of whether or not they are selected as fellows. Registration Deposit is 5000 INR for D2C Undergraduate and 10,000 INR for D2C Graduate.
Selected candidates become fellows only after submission of Enrollment Deposit. The Enrollment Deposit is 35,000 INR for D2C Undergraduate and 40,000 INR for D2C Graduate.
Q. Can I avail financial aid at all stages of the fellowship?
Absolutely! D2C Financial Aid can be availed for both registration and enrollment. The process of applying for aid remains the same.
Q. How will I get to know whether I have been selected for the fellowship or not?
Registration updates, decision letters and Student Performance Report (SPR) will be sent on your registered email address. Please make sure you regularly check your email.
Q. If I do not get selected this year, am I eligible to apply again next cycle?
Of course! We strongly encourage you to apply again next year.
